Leadership Initiatives Summer Internship Interest Meeting

TSS partners with Leadership Initiatives to place students with top internships in the fields of law, business, public policy, medicine, and national security in Washington D.C. There is also a middle school summer program called Jumpstart, where students have a sampler of all the high school internship options. Their sponsors at the Starbucks Foundation will be granting The Sycamore School students $1000 assistance scholarships to attend specialized internship programs in the summer of 2026. Additionally, Sycamore students will be among the first to have the opportunity to register for two of our brand new programs: AI & Business Consultation, and AI & Medical Innovation!

Leadership Initiatives will be hosting a 45-minute virtual presentation on how your child can participate in this program. This presentation is only available to students from The Sycamore School and will discuss scholarships, college application benefits, and enrollment opportunities.

The Sycamore School Interns also receive one-on-one college application assistance from top admissions experts at CollegeAdvisors.com, free SAT/ACT training through Testive, college application training, and unlimited essay editing assistance through University Connection, as well as letters of recommendation, resume editing, and scholarship application assistance from Leadership Initiatives’ mentors. These benefits remain available for four years to students.
