The Sycamore Fund
The Sycamore School Fund was created to support several areas of our school including student scholarships, staff retention, STEM initiatives, and special projects. As a small independent school, we rely on philanthropic support to sustain our mission. The Sycamore Fund supports several different initiatives:
Ensure that our students have access to assistive technology and a wide variety of STEM experiences including engaging lab projects,, innovative math instruction, and specialized electives such as Robotics and Engineering. 
Ensure that students have access to after school programs, experiential learning opportunities, and a variety of community engagement activities. Future projects include expanding to offer an after school sports program, study abroad opportunities, and overnight field trips. 
Ensure that every child, regardless of economic barriers, has access to our unique and transformative education style.
Ensures that our students have access to the best teachers who are committed to the mission of TSS. TSS staff have to be adept at working with a variety of learners and be experts at differentiation, scaffolding, and individualized instruction. They must be knowledgeable regarding executive functioning support, the latest assistive technology, and providing accommodations specific to each student and their unique needs. In addition, they must be comfortable developing a transdisciplinary curriculum that is engaging and challenging.
