TSS Senior Capstone Project presented by Ari Alexis. Inspired by the rising cost of living, widespread workplace misconduct and malpractice, another way forward for meeting workers' needs, has to be explored. In a jargon free and simple pamphlet we seek to inform the average worker, and empower them to unionize to create a worker driven future.
